Support Services Material Administrator

SUPPORT SERVICES MATERIALS ADMINISTRATOR Works with customer support representatives, manufacturing personnel, engineers, and external suppliers in quoting, processing, and following replacement parts, rapid repair, and rebuild orders to ensure on-time delivery. Works with various manufacturing personnel to establish efficient machining methods and procedures. Assists in the outsourcing of items; negotiates, purchases, and acquires materials, equipment, supplies, labor, and machining services. Maintains purchasing information in operating system to ensure accuracy and delivery performance as well as monitors quality of goods and services by reviewing cost, schedules, timeliness of deliveries and conformance to specifications. Other duties as may be assigned. MINIMUM
Qualifications:
2 or 4-year degree in business/engineering or industry experience Must be well organized, a self-starter and aggressive. Excellent technical, communication, and computer skills Knowledge of manufacturing and business operating systems Knowledge of machine tool capabilities PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of ERP operating system WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
