The client company is seeking an enthusiastic and professional customer sales and service representative. Representatives are ambitious go getters who not only find and win new customers, but also promote the entire comapnys line of products and services to existing wholesale customers. Work with local store manager to develop plan to increase sales. Proactively initiate, contact, manage and develop lead on a local basis. Achieve personal sales and profit quotas. Identify specific needs of customers and align solutions with companys offerings. Work with manufacturers representative to improve program offering and grow customer knowledge of line. Perform educational seminar, clinic and presentation on companys product line and service. Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including solving customer problem, complaint and question in person or by telephone.
Requirements
Two or more years experience in a customer focused role. Prior experience in a NAPA store or other retail experience in the automotive industry. Understand and demonstrate basic selling skills such as preparing for the sales call, managing the customer meeting, handling customer resistance, closing the sale and account maintenance.
Education
High school diploma or G.E.D required. Bachelor degree preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
