Job Summary
The Medical Assistant provides professional medical care, organizes and implements care as directed by Physician for patients with urgent, emergent or potential health problems. Participates with a team building style in the daily work of the department.
Qualifications - Minimum
Completion of an accredited practical nursing school or medical assisting program
MA certification
Knowledge of medical terminology
Certification in Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association
Participates in training as required
Computer knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively
Hours per pay period: 80
Hours: 7:00am to 6:00pm
This is for a FLOAT position.
Hours vary based on location need.
No weekends. No holidays.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
